Smartvision CRM sales module

The Sales module is designed to support a sales process methodology. It allows activity to be tracked, monitored and reported in a consistent and efficient manner. The module can map complex relationships between company and group hierarchies, where customers have multiple sites and where different contacts need to be tracked. The Sales module will mange Sales Team performance with Quota and Territory Management.


The Sales Module also includes the Microsoft Outlook client software, the Sales for PocketPC module and can be purchased as a standalone module or as part of the CRM Suite. It consists of the following functionality:
