SmartVision CRM has been specifically developed by Microsoft using their new Internet enabled architecture .NET.
This modern software sits on a Microsoft platform, integrates with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server. It can be simply accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Outlook. Many of these components are familiar to users and organisations. SmartVision CRM provides one central database holding Prospects, Customer and Contacts. It has capabilities to hold Sales Leads, track Sales Opportunities, Quotations, Orders and Invoices. It will record and store all the interactions that have taken place, whether it is an inbound or outbound E-mail, Fax, inbound or outbound Phone Calls or normal correspondence against a Prospect, Customer or Contact record. This information can be made available to those users, internally or externally, employees or agents who can benefit from this information.
It uses Workflow to automatically create an activity for an individual or group of individuals against pre-defined business rules. This enables companies to manage by exception.
